Overview
I redesigned and redefined an outdated Real Estate Agents portal that lacked responsiveness and key functionalities. The original platform was missing crucial features such as an agent-specific property list, a subscribers/clients list, actionable statistics, and an effective mobile experience. The primary goal was to increase agent engagement by making the portal more useful, efficient, and accessible across devices.
My responsibilities
I established new brand colors and a style guide, prioritized and redesigned the dashboard to consolidate essential features on a single, high-value page, and created a design system to streamline collaboration with the team. I delivered responsive designs for mobile and tablet, and managed the end-to-end process to ensure implementation stayed within guidelines and met quality standards.
Resolution
Agent usage increased by 28%. Feedback was very positive: the portal is notably easier to use—especially on mobile and tablet during client interactions—and agents now have the critical tools and insights they need in one place.
