Overview
This project began as a personal mission to overhaul the web and mobile experience of my favorite local e-commerce platform. Despite being a frequent user, I was often frustrated by technical bugs and a fragmented user experience that hindered the shopping journey. Driven by a desire to turn that frustration into a solution, I treated this as a high-stakes professional case study—even considering a direct collaboration with the company. I dedicated myself to this project over an extended period, continuously refining the interface to meet modern digital standards.

Visual Design
My primary objective was to bridge the gap between the brand's beloved concept and its outdated digital execution. Recognizing that many users—including my own social circle—frequently complained about the site’s usability, I conducted targeted user research to identify the most critical pain points. By analyzing these insights, I developed a refreshed visual identity and a more intuitive architecture. The focus was on replacing "bad design choices" with high-value features that prioritize speed, clarity, and a seamless checkout process for the local community.

Resolution
The final result is a comprehensive redesign that honors the core values of the brand while providing a professional, bug-free environment for its loyal customers. By aligning the UI/UX strategy with actual user needs found during the research phase, I created a prototype that significantly increases the platform's perceived value. This project stands as a testament to how thoughtful design can revitalize a local business, transforming a "frustrating" necessity into a delightful and efficient shopping experience.
