Overview
This large-scale initiative was designed to rebrand and promote Belgrade as a dynamic, progressive cultural hub. The project captured the city's multifaceted essence—from its vibrant music and film scenes to its flea markets, urban construction, and, most importantly, its people. Working alongside a dedicated team, I helped bring this vision to life through a comprehensive digital ecosystem involving specialized landing pages and a robust social media strategy







My responsibilities
I was responsible for establishing the art direction for social media, the campaign and ensuring creative excellence across the team.
Design & Strategy: Developing comprehensive styleguides to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
Mentorship: Observing and guiding junior colleagues, fostering their growth through direct feedback and creative support.
Methodology & Storyboarding: Writing formal creative methodologies to streamline production and storyboarding explainer videos to communicate complex urban narratives simply and effectively.

Resolution
The campaign successfully permeated the digital landscape by leveraging a diverse mix of mediums, including professional photography, video, motion graphics, GIFs, and custom illustrations. This rich content strategy resulted in massive social media growth across Facebook, X (Twitter), and Instagram, yielding the following metrics:
570,000 Total Interactions: Demonstrating a deep connection with the audience.
4% Average Engagement Rate: Significantly outperforming industry benchmarks for municipal branding.
10,000 Shares: Highlighting the "viral" nature and community resonance of the content.
